Was becoming stagnant with my own exercise routines, found Paul, found women only boxing and I am loving it!!! The weight\strength classes are a must too. Brilliant classes, brilliant atmosphere, Paul is just what I needed, pushes me hard. Enjoying his sessions so much and getting loads from it. Highly recommend. We've come across Paul very recently at a pretty difficult time in our lives. Paul has been working 1 - 1 with our teenage daughter following her experiencing a severe mental health crisis. She has since joined Paul's boxing groups. In addition to mental health difficulties our daughter has a range of complex learning difficulties and finds groups very difficult, experiencing alot of rejection in the past. Paul has not been fazed by this. He has welcomed her - and us - and is being supportive and encouraging. If you have a young person with additional needs wanting sports clubs this is the place to go.
My son absolutely loves coming here, he's learnt so much in the short time he’s been coming, he loves using all the different equipment they have at the gym. He loves to practice at home and is gaining so much self confidence which is amazing too see. He feels comfortable and safe with the coaches which is such a big thing. So glad he started here, excited to watch him grow & learn more from Paul & the team.
