Fantastic job by the boys at Kal Tire on McPhillips in Winnipeg. I dropped off my truck to get Nokian Outpost nAT’s installed on my Nissan Frontier Pro4X. Truck went in for 8am and was finished by 9:30. Great service and very professional. Very clean and tidy establishment too. I’ll definitely be back in the fall to purchase some Nokian winter tires with rims. The Outpost nAT’s are excellent so far. Freezing rain yesterday and they gripped the road well with no sliding around.

Kal Tire McPhillips is the best place for all tire needs and services. I have been a regular customer for the past ten years, and they have consistently maintained the wheels and tires of all my vehicles. Mr. Edgar Villaluz and his team work like a well oiled machine, delivering top notch service every time. From the knowledgeable and respectful front desk staff to the highly skilled professionals on the shop floor, the customer experience is always excellent. They also offer a comfortable lounge with free drinks, popcorn, Wi-Fi, and TV, which makes waiting pleasant and convenient. I highly recommend Kal Tire McPhillips for their reliability, professionalism, and outstanding service.

Gave 1 star simply because you have to in order to write a review. I curbed my winter tires, on steel rims. Causing the rim to bend, the bead to break. I simply needed my rim banged out straight. My tired rebeaded to hold air. Well not only did they not have time to do the 15 minute job today, they were trying to book me an appointment a week away. A week? Really? You had nothing available between today and a week? While inquiring, the tall gentlemen we were speaking with was dismissive and rude. I decided to go down the road to Me Lube. As a mother an small business owner I can’t wait a week. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. The staff seems as if they are annoyed by customers, their inquiries and is overall put out having to deal with the public.

I had a 4:30 appointment Nov.26/25 to install 4 new snow tires. In the morning I called to see if i could get in earlier and they said I could come in for 12:30. I arrived at noon, they took my car in immediately and were done in 45 mins. Thank to everyone there for accommodating me and getting in and out so quickly, appreciated it so very much.

Thank you so much to Adrian for helping my dad and I look for new rims and tires even though there was a language barrier Adrian was very patient and helpful with what we needed. Thank you to Jimmy for setting us an appointment. Thank you Edgar for helping us with the end process with payment. Over all great place!!! We were there for 1 hour and half. Great experience.
