Could not recommend more! The team was friendly, fast, communicated well, offered us options every step of the way, very fairly priced, and fixed our issue FAST. Our seatbelt got jammed in our car door and this was the closest shop to us that was open on a Saturday. We called to see if we could be seen at all that day and they told us to come in. Our car was looked at within 30 minutes of calling and I was at home in just over half an hour after heading to the shop. Thank you for the amazing service!

I took my car in for an MPI claim and they did an amazing job! It took a long time to get in w them (getting the parts in) but they called me with an update to let me know probably another week or two. When I dropped my car off they gave me an estimate of 2 weeks and my car was done in a week and a half! Upon picking up my car, it was very thoroughly cleaned and detailed. The damaged portion of the vehicle looked seamless and they even discovered a blown fuse (unrelated to the MPI claim). Town Autobody went above and beyond my expectation. Everyone was very professional and ensured that I was taken care of.

Just picked up my vehicle and I am so, SO impressed with Town Autobody! From the beginning of the process, right to end. The staff were all very upfront, professional and informative. They didn’t waste any of my time. My vehicle was returned to me spotless with many small details that they didn’t need to notice tidied up. For example, my dash cam cord was sticking out, they neatly tucked it away. I appreciated that :) Some surprise money was found and they put it in the glove compartment. Thank you for your honesty! I will be recommending you to everyone I know.
