Awful experience with the refund process. Boat rental was cancelled due to weather. We purchaed the insurance protection. Company has been delaying refund. Doesn’t communicate well. No phone number to call either. Be aware that if your rental gets cancelled it will be very difficult getting your money back!

We had a great time on the Kanaloa tiki lounge boat. Our driver Matt was awesome. We had great customer service when we had to cancel due to rain and reschedule.

Rodney is seriously the best Captain! He was very good at reading the vibes of our group and accommodating any requests that we had! Our group had so much fun! And we got to hear some good summerfest music!

We had a wonderful time with both in town and out of town family. The driver was very fun and knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting to be able to go out to the breakwall, so that was a nice surprise. The driver made a special stop so we could get a family picture at the Hoan Bridge. Highly recommend this tour, wouldn't hesitate to do again.

We had amazing time on Friday for a themed ladies party. The driver even stopped the boat to get pictures in front of the Hoan. He was a great driver and fun! I will definitely book again!
