I came to Karadema Jewelers to have a family necklace repaired! I originally chose them because I called a few places before and they were just generic sales pitches, when I spoke to Paul over the phone he was genuine and listened to everything I had to say because I was really upset in the moment when it broke. When I came in, everyone was that genuine! It took just over an hour, and my jewelry received excellent care for a good price. There was a knot in the chain that had been there since it came into my possession and they got it out without me even having to ask, when I got the jewelry back it looked brand new. Endless good things to say!!!

I was told by a jeweler in my hometown that it would take 3 months to remove a link from my gold bracelet. Karadema was recommended by a family member and when they realized I was from out of town, they removed the link and installed a bail on my gold pendant in two hours. Kind, helpful, funny, and clearly a wizard (well - the jeweler!) because my ring was resized and back on my finger within a few hours.
