This place is wonderful! My boyfriend proposed to me & unfortunately the company he got my ring from sent him the wrong size. So, we drove 1 & 1/2 hours to come here & Tran managed to resize my ring in less than 2 hours. I am officially wearing my engagement ring like a fiancée!! They’ve made my whole day! Instead of waiting 3 weeks + like other places, this business managed to make us so so happy in such short time. Also, soooo reasonably priced! Give them a try if you need any help or jewelry!!!

I don't recommend it! I took my watch to get a quote. I only needed the cora tube replaced, and he charged me $125. A week later, he called me to pick up the watch and said that if I wanted to fix it, I would have to pay $375 because the part was more expensive than he expected. I didn't approve, and he wanted to return the watch disassembled and non-functioning. I told him I wanted it the same way I left it, and he angrily said he would call me when it was ready. Two days later, I went to pick it up, and he returned it to me working, but 20 minutes after I left, the watch stopped. In other words, he did something to make it work only for the time of pickup. I took it to another professional, and he immediately opened it and showed me that the watch was damaged. This company is not responsible. Mr. Tran and his wife are very personable, fixed my watch probably less than a day and gave me a great tip to avoid the same issue. Reasonable price for the amount of work done to my watch. I highly recommend this shop for watch repair needs!
