My husband and I loved Erin’s Ashtanga class! She incorporates functional movement into yoga in such a powerful, intentional way. My spine felt incredible for days after class (even though we were very very sore). The class had a great vibe—open, friendly, and encouraging—and managed to be truly challenging while still accessible with modifications for all levels. Looking forward to going back!

My boyfriend and I were in town for the holidays and stopped in to do a hot flow class at Karma. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and lovely to us! The class was great as well, would recommend to anyone looking for a new studio or even just a drop in class.

Holly did a GREAT job teaching Hot 26! Her pacing was fantastic and she managed the heat very well. I felt so good after class. It is such a comfort knowing that every teacher is so good. I learn something new from each teacher.

Karma Yoga is the 3rd studio I tried taking classes at, and I'm so glad did. Yoga has been a life changing experience for me, both mentally and physically. If you have back issues you seriously need to start your Yoga journey and this place is where to start. Lisa the owner is an amazing teacher and such a kind soul. All of the instructors have been fantastic and care deeply about what they do. Karma offers a variety of classes, both heated and air conditioned. In the past year I've tried just about every type of class they offer and I've found what works for me. From relaxing and meditative, to high intensity, they have a class for you. They have 2 class studios. The larger room is mostly used for heated classes. It's a large space with 2 mirrored walls which is great for self corrections and being able to see the instructor no matter where you are in the room. I've never felt cramped in the large room, it's so big!! The 2nd room is much smaller and is air conditioned. This room can get a bit crowded at times but usually it's plenty of space. They have yoga mats you can use if you need, plus all the props you could possibly want or need during your practice. They also sell some really nice yoga mats and athletic clothes in the main entrance area. The only small thing I would change if I could is I wish the men's shower/locker room was a bit less cramped. Not much they can do about this though due to the location. Really only 3 people can be in the men's room at a time due to the size of the space. There are 2 showers and some small cubicles for storing your bag and one chair. I cannot comment on the woman room area, but I believe it's a bit larger. Bottom line: If you are looking for a place to try yoga or a seasoned "Yogie" give this place a try!

I was away from home today and wanted to try some yoga in Omaha and I went to Hatha Yoga this morning. What a great class! It was very original and fun and the instructor was wonderful. Thank you, Karma Yoga!
