Katrina made our wedding day so special! We did not worry about a thing day of because we knew she had everything covered. She is so creative and has a great eye for design. She made sure every little detail was thought out and really made our vision come to life, making it better than I even imagined! Everything went so smoothly day of which I attribute to Katrina and her leadership. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in the Charlotte area!

My wife Lane and I got married at age 30, having already been to and in a few dozen weddings each throughout our twenties of all shapes a size. As a result, we felt we had a pretty good understanding of what was possible in a wedding. Turns out, we had no idea what was possible in a wedding until we started working with Katrina. She transformed the country club ballroom into another world, with a theme coherent theme that caused all of our guests ranging from a 30-year interior designer to my colorblind father to marvel. Lane and I were engaged in October ’23 and married in April ’24. We had just under six months to pull it together, and she guided us through every step. She kept us on schedule and was pragmatic in terms of where to keep the budget down. She found and locked up our band which brought the entire house down, and she made sure that the day was smooth for us and all of our guests. There wasn’t a single element that she didn’t have a handle on, but the real differentiator was the design work. So if you are looking for a wedding planner who will make sure that the beautiful details will stand out and the mundane details will be out of sight out of mind, hire Katrina immediately!

I will never say enough good things about working with Katrina! Having a full time planner on your side from day 1 is huge. From helping me to book the right vendors, nailing down a unique design curated to my personal style, and then executing it flawlessly all allowed me to enjoy our wedding weekend to the fullest. I consider Katrina a dear friend and couldn’t recommend her more!

We could not have been more pleased that our daughter and her fiancé chose Katrina as their wedding planner. We are still in awe of the beauty she created for our daughter’s special day at the Biltmore Estate Deerpark, as well as the night before rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at the Biltmore Lioncrest. It was stunning, and even with all the preparations, neither of us could have imagined until we walked into the wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception how truly gifted she is as an unrivaled artist. Her mindfulness, guidance, and input were second to none. All her vendor recommendations were the best of the best. Katrina overlooked nothing. A simple recommendation to use Katrina as a wedding planner does not do justice…but a heartfelt gratitude of thanks and appreciation from the parents of the bride for a one-of-a-kind talent sums it up much better.
