Katy Trail Cryo is a lifesaver for restoration from heavy lifting and HIIT training! I feel so put back together after infrared sauna, cryo and Normatec - they make me feel human again! Char is the best!

The compression therapy is a must do! A great way to get the blood flowing after a heavy lifting day. If you’re an athlete or lift regularly, the compression session is perfect for recovery.

Love love love Katy Trail Cryo. The facility is so good and the owners and staff members are so fun. The time flys by! They are very knowledgeable and always recommend what you need since there are several options to help you. It help with inflammation, muscle soreness and keeping my body lean. I can’t recommend it enough.

Came into Katy Trail Cryo to do a post workout recovery session of cryo. I didn’t realize all the non-invasive services they provide, so I booked a celluma light therapy session to help with some facial acne. I am already seeing the benefits after one session, can’t wait to do it again!

I have a torn tendon, and found Katy trail Cryo open on a Sunday! We are on vacation and I am so thankful to find this place. I am so glad I was able to get in because I was in SO much pain and it offered so much relief. I am definitely a believer!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and professional. They offer a variety of services so definitely check this place out!!!!
