Kawaii Neko is my absolute favorite arcade in Florida. It’s much more affordable than other arcades in the area. The claw machine prizes are of great quality. They offer trades here as well. It’s a fun spot for all ages. They occasionally also run ticket promotions. My family will most certainly return! I wanted to edit this review after reading a few others: I do not believe that these machines are rigged in any way. There was a time when I witnessed an instance where one of the keychain claw machines opened up prior to grabbing the item. I directly informed Payton, and she was able to fix the issue for me right away. After that, I won several plush keychains from the exact same claw machine. I believe that the issue was a simple mechanical one. The employees are very helpful and respond promptly when you contact them. I’ve been to this arcade several times. Of course, if you only spend $25 and decide to play claw machines that require a higher number of credits, you’re more likely to run out of credits at a faster rate. Therefore, you’re less likely to win. If you plan on spending $25, I suggest only playing the keychain claw machines because they’re almost always a guaranteed win (I write this based off of my own personal experiences). I will insert a few images of the prizes that I’ve won over time. I usually play with $35, but I’ll occasionally spend $50. Once I spent $150 and won the largest number of items that are lined up in an image that I’ve inserted along with this review. Winning depends on the weight and size of object, along with the physical abilities of the game player.

So fun! You will most likely leave with a prize, but I suggest getting the 90 credit package just in case. We had 3 kiddos with us and only one didn't get anything so we liked that she got to pick something. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The vibe is fun, pastels and clean. I probably won't bring back a hoard of kids though because it got pricey fast but worth the experience at least once.

I stopped by Kawaii Neko and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The space is super cute, clean, and decorated in soft pastel tones that make you want to take pictures right away. The staff is incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming.

We had such a great time here! It’s a fun, welcoming arcade with plenty of games for kids. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming. A perfect spot for having fun!

Love that it’s so close to downtown, but wish it had more games and better toys. A lot of the stuff animals had holes in them and there just wasn’t as much variety. The claws however are calibrated pretty well and the kids have a really good chance at winning. Love that you can trade in the stuff animals for different prizes or choose to keep them. They have really cute items for sale as well!
