Helped me rebuild my PC after water damage. Communication is frustrating at best. PC and such work well. Replaced parts for free after PSU came fried. Had dropped off parts on Friday only to be told mid Sunday I was missing some, they were willing to pickup the parts from around town for me which was very helpful though the frustrations of being told that late still are there. Similarly miscommunication and understandings happened surrounding windows installation. Was never alerted it didn't include activation for the 100 dollar price tag, though was given a refund for it and allowed me to get my windows activated. Overall good support just can be frustrating to deal with.

Macbook Pro stopped working, Apple Store put me on hold for hours, and then I called KDN. They picked up my laptop at 10PM on a Sunday evening, completed the repair, and dropped my computer back off at my house, all within 24 hours, and for 1/3 of what Apple probably would have charged. Awesome service!

Koden Tarvin truly knows what running a business is about from the first phone call. To droping off my computer at my front door wow. . Thanks i have a 09 imac 20 inch yeah old right but he made it run like new. And the price was very affordable .Not all places are the same. .Koden will have my business as long as i have a computer Thanks again

KDN is an excellent business. I am very grateful for their customer service-- Koden was very patient in explaining what happened to my computer, and delivered it to my home on a rainy day. They gave me updates on my machine whenever I called, even on the weekends. I was expecting bad news and a high price based off a diagnosis from another local shop.... however, when I took my iMac to KDN they were much more honest and reasonably priced. Feel so lucky to have found this business as they saved me a lot of money, time and always spoke to me with respect. Thank you!!

After my MacBook crashed inexplicably and the advice I found online lead me nowhere, I called KDN. Koden repaired my computer and did an excellent job. The service was affordable, timely, and thorough, couldn't ask for better. I work online so having my computer repaired quickly was important to me and KDN pulled through! On top of it all, they are a professional, friendly, and very accommodating local business. Thanks KDN!
