Various issues with appointments, communication, no shows and in follow up from something which happened from an an installation 11 months ago - just no reply. Seemed like harder work than needs be and no response a couple of times - poor show having instructed a fair bit of work

We recently hired Harkin & Vickers (Keith Gunn Electrical) for an EICR check of our premises. Craig talked us through the issues he had identified and the team provided a comprehensive quote. Jules then actioned all these fixes. Both were prompt, efficient, friendly and very professional. Would not hesitate to use Harkin & Vickers again, highly recommend

Provided quote, was 300% more than the next most expensive quote for same thing. They did turn around a quote quickly and politely. The other companies were providing identical products and service. I wondered whether the extra 200% included plastering etc. but it did not. I appreciate people have to make money and I don't usually leave reviews for just quotes but this seems very steep. Encourage people to shop around on trusted trader schemes. If you do like donating extra money then this is the one to go for!

It has been a complete pleasure working with the team at Keith Gunn on what has been an extremely large and complex installation of electric vehicle charging throughout a 300+ bay car park. From estimating and design through to health and safety documentation, on site works, client interactions and quality of workmanship we've been delighted. We can't recommend them highly enough.

"I recently hired Keith Gunn Electricians for a complex job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Pedro, the electrician assigned to the project, was incredible from start to finish. His communication was clear and proactive—he kept me informed every step of the way, which was really reassuring given the challenging nature of the work. The job involved intricate wiring at a significant height, something I knew would require skill and precision. Pedro tackled it with a great can-do attitude and a level of expertise that was immediately obvious. He assessed the situation quickly, took all the necessary safety precautions, and completed the work with impressive speed and efficiency. Despite the tricky setup, he made it look seamless. Pedro’s attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work made the entire process stress-free. The final result was flawless, and I felt confident knowing the job was done to the highest standard. Keith Gunn Electricians truly delivers on their promise of excellent service, and I’d happily work with them again. Highly recommended!"
