Stopped in to drop off my tablet that would not charge. Keith told me it would be about 3 days. In less than 24 hours he had it fixed for $20 and gave me a new power cord. That is what I call quality customer service.
Took it in on a Saturday afternoon for a simple restore. He said it would be done by Tuesday but he had it done a few hours later at a less expensive price than I expected. He also informed me not all updates were done so I was aware that would continue once it was on my network. I did joke that his friends and family left some great reviews but even if it wasn't a joke those reviews are accurate!! Don't waste the time or money going elsewhere.
He fixed my son’s PlayStation 5 port where the HDMI cord goes in. He was fast and was the cheapest price I have found. It’s been 7 months and my son’s PlayStation is still working like brand new. Definitely recommend him to others!
