Called the store on a day they took off for a holiday. I left a message about a turntable I needed to have looked at. PTS called me back the next day saying they don’t work on home audio equipment anymore but walked me through some step to get me going in the right directions. Told me that “advice is always free” and to call back anytime, then gave me the name and number of Allied Record Exchange. This is by far the most help info I had received while trying to fix a vintage turntable. Thanks for the great advice.

Bernie is a hands down great guy. Brought an old tube amp in that was my great uncles before he passed away. Always wanted a tube amp that could turn music into something more. He took on the job of tuning it up and restoring it to original sound. Diagnosing the circuit and only replacing what was needed as to not hack up the original sound. He did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. Will always go to Bernie for tube amp repair and advice. And he walked me through all the repairs which I absolutely found fascinating!
