I had a very bad experience at Keke’s Tires - Used Tires - Llantas Usadas. First off, the staff came off condescending, explaining basic things about my car that I already knew instead of actually listening to what I came in for. I was there to get new wheels installed and an alignment, but then they tried to overcharge me ($40 per tire when previously was quoted $25), which didn’t sit right. What really made me leave was how unprofessional and unsafe everything felt. While they were working, there was a lot of unnecessary commotion. One person was literally eating pizza while jacking up my car, which already looked careless. Then I saw another situation where a car wasn’t properly secured—the parking brake wasn’t set, and the vehicle started rolling backward while it was lifted on a jack. It almost hit my boyfriend’s car. That’s a serious safety issue. At that point, I told them to stop, put my car down, and give me my tires back. There are way too many tire shops out here to deal with a place that clearly doesn’t prioritize safety, professionalism, or customer property. I would not recommend this shop.

I called the store to get a spare tire for my other truck. A gentleman quoted me $65 . I told him my son was on the way to get the tire fixed. My son got there he was charged at $85 . The guy said first come first serve which he did not mention on the phone . I don’t live in Raleigh. . so when my son got there as they was putting the tire on the rim Find out it was bent instead of telling the customer (my son ) that the rim was bent. If I want to proceed? He put the tire on there anyway and then brought the tire to him and said oh your rim is bent . my father running a towing service, before his passing . So I know you can stop before and in the middle of putting that tire on . I have plenty of rims. I could have went and got another rim. If not, just got the tire and put the tire on there when we got home because we do own a tire machine I just needed a tire. This is bad customer service. You just did something to make money not worry about the customer of keeping a customer happy and there needs to make them come back . You just did it just to make money. I just call 3 days before this to get tires for my jeep . Those tires run about 1900 to 2300 a set . The lady said they had to be order . They want be getting my business there . Value you customer. You get more business. And great reviews.
