I started with Kelsey a couple years ago and completed a 6 month health coaching program with her. She is warm, easy to talk to and meets you exactly where you are while gently nudging you in the direction you want to go. I genuinely felt like she believed in me and was rooting for me at every turn. I still reflect back on the insights I gained working with her and encourage anyone looking to grow and step into their power to reach out to her. Fast forward to now: I see Kelsey for acupuncture that is nothing short of magnificent. Her space is beautiful and soothing, warm and inviting just like her. She even sneaks in some coaching while working with you if you're open to it. 10/10 recommend her services.
