Convenient option to order online and pick up purchases at the Oklahoma City location.
I placed an online order for a gift today. I spent a long time deciding on an item specifically that was in stock at this location. I decided on a bracelet that was in stock, purchased it, and went to pick it up as it was a gift. Upon arrival they informed me that the item I purchased and confirmed was no longer in stock. They offered no apologies and failed to inform me of this before I arrived to pick it up. I had also used a 15% discount code to purchase this which I cannot get back. I understand things happen but the staff was incredibly insincere and offered no apologies or even to help me look for something else. Had they told me and had decent customer service or an apology, I would not have been as bothered as I know things happen with experience in customer service myself. Really disappointed as every-time I’ve been there before I’ve had great customer service, and I’ve shopped here for years.
I have been a Kendra Scott customer and supporter for years I have so many pieces of jewelry I love it because I’m not allergic to it and it’s affordable. After my experience at this location I feel differently. I bought a watch I had my eye on for a while yesterday in store it was around $250 dollars I got it sized everything was great, I did notice some light scuffs already on it but nothing major. After having it sized and leaving I realized it wasn’t even ticking not sure why the employee who sized it for me didn’t acknowledge that or try to start it in store - I trouble shooted starting the watch at home myself and still couldn’t get this brand new watch to start. I called they said come in tomorrow we will take care of it, only to come in and be handed a battery and told to go to a watch store because they don’t have the tools no empathy for the inconvenience, why are we selling watches without quality control and the tools to correct these situations? So here I am at BC Clark’s walking in with my measly Kendra Scott watch to pay an additional $20 for a defect that’s not my fault. I still like the watch but not with the inconvenience that came directly after buying it.
I went in shopping to look for a new ring or an anklet. There's a nice selection in the store. Everything looks very well stocked and organized and very clean. The employee, Jaeleigh B., was very helpful. She was kind, polite and very professional. I was able to find the ring I was looking for and I'm very happy. The quality of the customer service there is outstanding. I'll definitely be back.
**5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service and Beautiful Necklaces!** I recently visited Kendra Scott and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were looking for two special necklaces, and they went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted. The consultant who assisted us, Miriam, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our preferences, budget, and the occasion we were shopping for. They presented us with a variety of stunning options and explained the details of each piece, including the materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. What really stood out was their genuine effort to make sure we were completely satisfied. They even offered helpful styling tips and suggestions for pairing the necklaces with other jewelry. By the end of the visit, we left with two breathtaking necklaces that exceeded our expectations. The entire process was seamless, and the level of customer service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend Kendra Scott to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and a personalized shopping experience. We will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
I like to think I leave reviews that are both positive and negative. If someone goes out of their way, one way or the other, to leave me with an impression, I think it's good to let others know. Today, an impression was made. Google shows the Sunday hours to begin at 11am. I drove 45 minutes to be at the store when they opened, so that I could buy a birthday present for my daughter. We called ahead and asked them put the item hold for a quick transaction. Standing at the door, just after 11am, I see someone in the back room that is stocking. No big deal, I thought, I can lose track of time as well. I waited a couple min and decided to knock on the door. The employee sees I am there, and reluctantly walks up and opens the door. Here is where the impression was made. With a lack of any empathy, I was told that they do not open until 12pm, and that I must have been mistaken when I mentioned that they advertised being open earlier. She couldn't close the door soon enough. Another employee walks in moments after the door was shut on me, and by that time I had pulled up the Google maps location information. I knocked again, and showed her the info. She, again showing a great deal of agitation, explains that I'd need an Apple phone if I wanted accurate information on their hours. Google was just wrong. When asked if there was something she could do to help me, considering the issue, you can guess that she was not at all creative or empathetic in her response. This employee was not friendly, nor apologetic. Empathy would have gone a long way to make up for an issue with their hours. Instead I was left with the impression that my time didn't matter to them, and they didn't want my money. I got tired of working retail, too. But, I knew I had to be polite until I was able to work my way out of it. I'm hoping that this employee isn't always like this...but I certainly won't return to her store.
