I just wanna shout out how excellent the employees are at Kendra Scott on SoCo. Around a month ago, I went into the store to replace a broken chain for my cactus charm I got in Palm Springs. It’s very sentimental, so I wanted a quality chain to match. They brought out multiple options, I found one I loved, and walked out with my chain on my neck again. They even steam-cleaned my charm while I waited! Fast forward to yesterday- I was getting my haircut and my hairdresser accidentally zipped my chain with her clippers tidying up my neckline and it fell straight off my neck. Total accident, but in my head I was like ughhh I just bought this lol 😩 So, I went into the store today to tell them what happened, and they immediately talked with their manager (who was one of the same women who helped pick my chain the first time) and replaced it FOR FREE, literally no questions asked. I honestly expected to pay something, but was shocked (and grateful!) they didn’t expect anything from me. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I think I’ve ever had. Thank you, ladies! 🫶🏼

I will not be shopping Kendra Scott anymore. The return policy is just wrong. I'm telling all my friends making sure it's very clear because it's not clear when you purchase it. If you don't offer full refunds with money that needs to be stated very loud everywhere. How bizarre! Not happy at all with the purchases everything feels like Claire's quality garbage.

This Kendra Scott store is a flagship store. Has a Cafe inside and custom jewelry bar. Staff is very attentive and very helpful. They offered to ship home an item they did not have in stock. Store offers gold paling for some of their items, personalization on engraving and color stones for some of the jewelry. It was fun to be there.
