1 star for “customer service” I went in with my 3year old daughter & I didn’t realize she attempted to open something the MANAGER grabs the item my daughter put back and hands it over to the cashier and tells her “hold that and when she checks out CHARGE HER FOR IT!” … instead of getting my attention and letting me know I would have to purchase it she goes and yells to her cashier about it I asked the cashier for the item back and told her maybe she didn’t think I understood English but clearly I do! & the cashier responded “I’m sorry I think she also thought you didn’t speak English I’m sorry again she could have handled that better for sure”… I end up checking out with the manager and told her she could have handled that better and she just said “yeah ok do you want your receipt?!?!” *hands me my receipt* and yells “NEXT IN LINE” & mind you I’m not loud or too busy to be yelling at all.

I got a whole face of makeup for like, under twenty-one bucks. It has a little fragrance, but it's not too strong. There's also face masks, bath bubbles, steam pucks, and a bunch of makeup brushes. Most items are under $2.00 each. The only issue I had was I had to ask for assistance to find my foundation color. The staff was wonderfully helpful; apparently Miss A had been hit hard by shoppers just before I arrived, and the staff was refilling the shelves from the back stock. I had just gotten ahead of the staff, due to the easy-to-navigate shop. The store also has lovely costume jewelry and some body piercing jewelry. I will definitely shop here again. I have heard you can also shop online.

I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the past few months for my husband and I to get jewelry to go out in. They are cute. But the manager that was working today on April 21 was extremely rude. I got a necklace and it broke the next day. I called the store and had a person from the store told me they get could look up the receipt and find it. But the lady ( who evidently is some type of manager. Started talking to me very hostile like she was angry. I didn’t really understand but she keep getting worse and worse more and more angry. My husband and I both felt like she was so mean to us bc we were gay men shopping in a predominantly women’s store. She was giving homophobia off very very badly. Since she was getting so aggressive I just came out and asked if that is what the deal was..like was this just a. Gay thing?. And she threw a fit!!!!! Wouldn’t give me a corporate number. And she kept making these fake apologies like high school kids when they are caught as she was on yelling at me in front of a long line of people. I did my best to remain calm.ended up being cool. She was mouthing at me the entire time EVEN WHILE SHe WAS ON THE PHONE hoping to get a response…she wanted me to treat her wrong and scream and be mean back she could weaponize her race and make me the bad guy. Bur that won’t work. Bc I love my black queens. But I do not love mean, hateful, rude, disrespectful managers that sells products at a $1 store. But hey, Happy day after 4/20!
