We have Ken's number on speed dial! We are seniors and clueless about computers. We had major problems and Ken not only fixed them, but took the time to explain what he was doing and answering even the most rudimentary questions. He is fair and will even make house calls, (as we are afraid to even unplug our Mac desktop). You will not be disappointed.
