This is our second time visiting a Key and Code. I must say this was an excellent experience! The new pirate room was fantastic! With interactive props it was one of the most entertaining rooms we have played and we have played dozens! The crew at this location are also fantastic and friendly! They made sure that we had an enjoyable time and were quick with the clues when we needed them. We will be back!!

We had an amazing time doing the Merlin-themed escape room, it was truly such a fun, immersive, and well-designed experience from start to finish! The storyline, puzzles, and atmosphere were perfectly balanced to keep everyone engaged and excited the entire time. A huge shout-out to Avery and Emma, who made our experience even better. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and super helpful. Their hints were perfectly timed, just enough to guide us without ever giving too much away, which made the whole adventure even more enjoyable. They really kept the energy up and made sure we were having a great time. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure guests have the best possible experience, and it truly shows. We left smiling, laughing, and already talking about when we’re coming back. Highly recommend this escape room, especially if you get Avery and Emma as your hosts. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return!

Update: We did another escape room at Key & Code in South Reno, this time the Pirate Room and had an absolute blast! It’s incredibly family-friendly and engaging for all ages. The puzzles were clever, immersive, and just the right level of challenging to keep everyone involved and having fun. This was our second visit, and it definitely won’t be our last. Huge shout-out to our game master, Avery, who was fantastic, super friendly, helpful when needed, and really added to the overall experience. Avery was an awesome room master. Our son had trouble with the room at first and Avery allowed him to stay out of the room until he felt comfortable, it only took a couple minutes. Avery then brought him into the room to join us. It was awesome and truly showed that the room masters care about the family friendly environment.
