Just used Kidzz Star Jumpers for my daughter's 5th birthday in Golden Gate Park. They made it super easy! The reservation process was easy. Once you confirm over the phone you can fill out the contract and pay online. They called me to confirm day of and were very clear about drop off and pick up times. Once set up they fully wiped the bounce house inside and out. Super simple and my daughter loved the razzle dazzle jumper! Will use again for sure.

I booked Kidzz Star Jumpers for a community event that my organization hosted in San Francisco in 6.28.2025, and we worked with Lily. Lily's team was great. Lily provided the best non-profit discount to us. They checked in with me a week before the event to make sure all the event details were corrected. Lily's team arrived at the event on time, helped us to set up/clean up, and were flexible on the pick up time when we needed to end the event early. Would definitely book it again in the future.
