I recently contacted Celebration Party Equipment Rentals to inquire about rentals for my husband’s upcoming birthday party. While I understand that being put on hold can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness from the person who eventually assisted me. It felt like they weren’t particularly interested in helping or doing business with me, which took away from the excitement of planning such an important event. I was hoping for a more positive and supportive interaction since this is meant to be a joyful celebration. I hope their customer service can improve to better match their reputed service quality.

I had received an incubator which smelt like it had mold inside. The gaskets were indeed moldy. I had to go back and replace it. They took care of it and apologized. They did not offer any incentive for my inconvenience. Overall their chairs were fairly clean and service was okay.
