I had such a lovely experience with Melanie! I called in the morning with a last-minute enquiry to have some notebooks monogrammed as a Christmas gift. Melanie and her team were able to get everything sorted straight away. She went above and beyond to support my request during a busy day. Her enthusiastic and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy, which I was so grateful for during the busy Christmas season. The notebooks turned out beautifully! Great store, with good prices! If your looking for great quality and elegant looking stationary come here. The build quality always seems to be better than other stores (Office-works). Staff here are always freind my. Layout is great. Products: A Staff: A- Layout: B+
