I had such a lovely experience with Melanie! I called in the morning with a last-minute enquiry to have some notebooks monogrammed as a Christmas gift. Melanie and her team were able to get everything sorted straight away. She went above and beyond to support my request during a busy day. Her enthusiastic and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy, which I was so grateful for during the busy Christmas season. The notebooks turned out beautifully!
