Every single person who has come out to our home over the course of this last year has been so kind, informative, timely & trustworthy. Not to mention we have not had to deal with any sort of pests at all. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the pest control, customer service & the company in general. Jake was the last person to come out & treat our house and he was a wealth of good information!

I am absolutely thrilled with Kind Pest Control in general and Jake and Aulana specifically. I initially reached out via their website after hours and Aulana called the very next morning. When I didn't answer the phone, she followed up with a text and continued to follow up, remembering specific details I had provided and being very kind (pun not intended) When I was finally ready to schedule, she got me in the next day, first thing in the morning. Despite being given a two hour range to arrive in, Jake arrived promptly at 8am. He also texted at 7:30am to let me know he was on his way. He was incredibly thorough, both in answering my questions and in the service itself. He was respectful of my space and my arachnophobia and incredibly friendly. I reached out to a number of pest control companies when first investigating how to deal with a spider problem and I am so glad I went with Kind. Their pricing is beyond reasonable, the products are pet and child friendly, and they stand ten toes on the ground behind their services with money back guarantees and a willingness to come between scheduled quarterly services to address immediate concerns. And they're willing to communicate by text, which is always a plus in my book! Thank you Kind Pest Control, Aulana, and Jake! I fully intend to use your services long into the future. Yesterday, we had a re-service performed in order to remedy a hornet's nest in a tree in our yard. The nest was buried within the trunk of the tree itself and quite active. Amed tended to this effort and bravely handled it without reservation. In addition to intensely spraying the outside, he used a long pole and poked and prodded the entrance to the crevice to drive them out. It was an amazing thing to watch (albeit from the safety of my screen-in porch). Amed was also quite respectful and very professional, and left my home without a trace. Great work!
