We purchased furniture from King Living and reported a serious issue. After more than one year, the problem still has not been resolved. King Living has acknowledged in writing via email that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear. Despite this admission, no permanent fix or satisfactory resolution has been provided. We have followed up multiple times, provided photos and documentation, and remained patient, but the lack of action and accountability has been extremely disappointing—especially considering the premium price of their products. For a brand that positions itself as high-quality, the after-sales support has been unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others to consider the risk if something goes wrong. Just adding we are only 130 pounds weight and these furniture used in the house without kids.

We had an amazing experience with King Living and couldn’t be happier with our sofa. I had been searching for a comfortable and practical sofa for over a month, and the moment I walked into the store, I knew this was the one. The Jasper sofa is incredibly comfortable, looks very chic and high-end, and is also extremely practical. One of the biggest advantages is its modular design. You can change the configuration however you like, which is perfect if you move to a different place and don’t want to be stuck with one layout. The delivery process was excellent. The delivery team was professional, brought everything well protected in covers, and assembled the sofa efficiently. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Our salesperson, Daisy, was wonderful and very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the process. I did read some reviews mentioning long wait times, and that is true if you’re ordering custom pieces. In our case, we chose an in-stock configuration, and it was delivered in less than a week. My understanding is that you can add or exchange pieces later (like cushions or shelves), though those custom orders take around three months, but they also offer a 30% discount for that, which is great. On top of all that, the sofa comes with a 25 year warranty, which really speaks to the quality. Highly recommend King Living if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and flexible sofa with great service.

Lluvia went above and beyond explaining to us all the different materials and layouts possible within the different sofas we liked in the store. Her patience and knowledge about the products were extremely helpful, we acquired a beautiful Jasper Sofa, customized to our liking. Now only waiting patiently for the sofa to arrive..... Amazing Service and beautiful Furniture, keep it up King Living! Thanks again Lluvia, your service was indispensable in our decision making! Cheers! Edit - December 13 We got our Sofa, it is beautiful! The delivery team was exceptional, they brought in everything, unpackaged it and assembled it. They took all the boxes.... The full service. We have purchased three different sofas, as well as coffee tables and side tables, from King Living Furniture. CJ was extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process. We experienced a small issue with one item, but the King Living team listened to our concerns and resolved the problem quickly. They truly made us feel like valued customers. We are very satisfied with our new furniture and the service we received, and we will definitely be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at King Living! The quality and variety of their furniture pieces are impressive — stylish and well-made. A special shoutout to Mark, whose customer service (at the store) went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right pieces for my home. He offered great suggestions based on my style preferences and budget, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable We received our couch 2 weeks ago. I absolutely loved it and the color! There were a couple of issues (slight height difference between 2 pieces, throw cushions were not fluffy enough, 2 scratches on the fabric, and spaces between the back pieces). We called King Customer service, and they sent a technician today, who said they will order new parts for us! The customer service is excellent!! Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great furniture and top-notch customer service. Ask for Mark — you won’t be disappointed!
