I’m in FL and spoke with Cris before purchasing my ring. She was extremely helpful. I needed the ring delivered by a certain date bc I travel often. I received it in time. The ring is gorgeous and received all the GIA certificates for each stone. Excellent. Will definitely use them again…feel very comfortable purchasing from them.

This was my first purchase from King of Jewelry. I was nervous buying jewelry online, however I am beyond happy with my purchase. If more starts were a thing I would definitely give way more! This ring is absolutely gorgeous. It was way beyond what I expected. From the start of my purchase King of Jewelry customer service was OUTSTANDING! I had many questions because I was nervous. I purchased on a weekend and immediately email with a question. Earl emailed me back quickly with the answer to my question. He emailed me every step of the way and kept me updated. Earl went out of his way to make this purchase and delivery flawless. He sent a video of the ring and said “wait till you see it in person”. Boy he wasn’t kidding!! GORGEOUS is all I could say! My wife was very happy with her ring.
