Mark Broumand reset my original engagement ring into a new setting about ten years ago, and this year—for our 30th anniversary—my husband wanted to upgrade to a larger diamond. Once again, we reached out to Mark Broumand, and we could not be more pleased with the result. From online chats to phone calls and emails, Savannah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind, patient, and answered all of my many questions. Together, we designed the perfect ring with the perfect diamond and setting. Savannah sent several diamond options along with showroom videos so we could appreciate each stone’s beauty. Mark quickly provided a rendering of the new design, and the final ring is beyond stunning—truly gorgeous. I kept my stackable wedding bands, and they complement the new ring beautifully. I highly recommend Mark Broumand and the entire team for any jewelry needs. Working with them has been a wonderful experience that I cannot praise enough.

My Wife and I are so thankful for Mark Broumand and his team for working with us on our Engagement/Wedding Day rings/bands. We live in Texas but we always loved what we saw when Mark Broumand’s jewelry would pop up on our social media timeline. Not only was the jewelry absolutely beautiful and flawless but their process was super easy and the team was super engaged. My fiance and I traveled all over multiple cities and counties searching for the perfect engagement ring that fit my style, preferences, and quality within our budget. We finally landed in the jewelry district in downtown LA and after visiting other competing stores which fell short in what I was looking for, we thankfully stumbled upon Mark Broumand's shop. This shop was unique because unlike many of the other independent jewelers in this area, it was not part of a highrise building that blended in with each other. It was set apart in its own little shop. The store was brightly lit and felt organized and not over-cluttered. I could tell right away that Mark's main focus was on quality. Upon stepping in, I just had an immediate feeling that my ring was here in this store. I found the perfect style that suited me and Savannah, the main sales associate was super kind and attentive to my desires. Her and Mark worked together to get me the ring of my dreams that was better quality I had seen thus far and well within the budget we had set. They ordered my ring custom for me and even gave it to my fiance faster than expected in time for our proposal. Overall it was such a streamlined experience and if I ever need or want another ring or piece of high-quality jewelry, I will not hesitate to just default here from the get-go.
