You should really be able to give ZERO STARS for a business like this. I had an incredibly poor experience with King Pest Solutions and would not recommend them. They came to my home for an initial spider treatment, which had no noticeable effect after a full week. They returned for a retreatment--again, no improvement. I then spoke directly with the owner, who assured me he would use something "better" and that the issue would be resolved. A month after the initial treatment, spiders were still everywhere on the property. Despite the lack of results, I was continuously billed under a "quarterly treatment plan." Treatments were scheduled based on their convenience, with little regard for my schedule. I was very clear and vocal about my concerns, scheduling conflicts, and dissatisfaction with the service--none of which were addressed or taken seriously. Before moving to a new home, I spoke again with the owner and explained that I planned to cancel the quarterly service unless some form of credit was applied toward treating the new house, given the failure of previous treatments. He explicitly agreed to comp the next treatment. Despite that conversation, I was billed again. When I called to resolve it, I was placed on hold twice for about 8 minutes each time, only to be told: "You're under a contract. You cannot cancel and I will not refund your money." Their own service agreement states that customers may cancel under specific conditions--including after multiple reservices for the same pest problem within 90 days--which applies in my case. Nonetheless, they refused to honor their own terms or their verbal agreement. At this point, I've escalated the issue to my bank. The lack of results, poor communication, refusal to honor commitments, and aggressive billing practices make this company impossible to trust. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Sasha was great!! Very customer focused and helpful. She took a look at my yard and the Prairie dog mounds and locations. Explained the course of action and how they would get rid of them and why they chose my yard. Extremely happy and hope I don't need a return visit. Great job!

Kyle did a great job at my quarterly home spray. He was very thorough and helpful when I asked a few questions. I couldn’t be happier and I have been using this company for a while and never had any issues with pests so far. Thank you all.

VA now requires a termite inspection so the title company sent out Kings Pest Solutions to do ours. I had never heard of these guys before but I could not have asked for a better experience. Casey was our tech and he thoroughly went over everything he was doing both inside and out. He was exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond even identifying a potential pack rat nest and setting a trap that I already had. I only wish every business was this thorough and this professional. I will definitely be calling on them in the future!

I had a great experience with Casey who came out to my mobile home to do the interior and exterior with their Fall Special. Casey was extremely thorough, especially on the outside of my home, in finding old wasp nests and spider webs that he got rid of. And he had photos to show me where he found these things. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and engaging and I appreciated his service today. I definitely recommend King Pest Solutions!
