They were wonderful to work with. We set up cleaning services for a family member that was having medical issues during a difficult time. They helped with setting up an avenue that friends and family could contribute to gift cards for prolonged cleaning services. Cannot say enough good things about how it has all been handled.

I had previously left a review but I am leaving a new one as Selena has now been assigned to my home & deserves a brand new review & recognition. Selena has been absolutely wonderful, she is very thoughtful & has a close attention to detail in my home. So thoughtful to have even switched out the vacuum cleaner she’d been using, repeatedly, until finding the best one to address the needs of my downstairs flooring in combination with 2x large abominable snowmen (aka, my cats). & I must say, it truly did make a remarkable differdifference bc!! I appreciate that I can trust her to be diligent, & I also appreciate how must I trust her in my home. She’s truly a remarkable person in every way, & I quite enjoy her company every time she is here. She’s respectful, & is remarkably in tune with what I’m doing as I work from home. She’d come to clean my home while I was traveling for the holidays, & I immediately noticed upon my return that she’d taken the opportunity to get extra areas & particularly, address my office space which is typically blocked/occupied by me while she’s here. Selena is an incredibly hard worker & ambitious person overall. I’d be so sad if for any reason I had to have someone else come. I absolutely adore Selena & would recommend her personally to anyone.

Just a great and professional service- from the first phone call to every single clean. I’ve tried a few home cleaning services in Colorado Springs before landing here. The prices are reasonable, they have great customizable options for monthly cleans, and the cleaners are fantastic at their jobs and pleasant to be around. Jasmine always goes above and beyond for our weekly clean! I find myself shocked by how much she does and how thorough she is. And she’s the sweetest person. ALWAYS ON TIME. It’s shocking considering the last company we tried never did our whole list that we agreed upon and was always late. I am consistently impressed by the quality of service I’ve received at Cottage Care. I would recommend them 100% if you are needing weekly cleaning in the springs.

Cottage Care just did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I’m so impressed with the detailed cleaning by Caitlyn, Amy, & Katie! Our house was quite dirty, too. With 3 cats & 3 dogs and having moved in two months ago with so much left to unpack, they were still able to make our home fresh.
