I would just like to start off by saying thank you to Nate. His customer service was amazing, and he was always happy to answer questions and talk with the kids. He was extremely patient and helpful, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I was honestly impressed by the way he handled everything, especially how well he interacted with the children. He made them feel comfortable and it was clear that he genuinely cared. He did an excellent job and made a really positive impression.

Had an awesome experience at Arcade Kingpin thanks to Nate. He’s professional, patient, and really knows his stuff. You can tell he enjoys what he does and it shows in the way he treats customers. Made our visit smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely a standout worker.

Lovely, kind, attentive staff who go out of their way to make you have a good time. Special shout out to Clara and the guy with the owl house badge who went above and beyond. We had a fun time with karaoke, bowling and the arcade with the school holidays pass and the food was yummy too. Thanks all.

Fantastic place for birthday party! The whole ambience, food, entertainment and support were awesome! The party host was really accommodating to our requests and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The party packages were well worth the price and the whole group loved it!
