Really enjoyed our time there. We paid for Mega fun zone pass ($34.90), plus an extra 30 mins of arcade game time ($15). Only complaint was that you are given a card to play the games for a certain amount of time (ours was 50 mins), and you can play games that you win tickets, but zero tickets are awarded on the card. In addition to this, when you swipe your card, it won’t let you swipe again within a certain amount of time (maybe 30 seconds). Some games end quickly, and you want to swipe again, but are forced to wait.

We held my daughter's 8th birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time. Our party host did a great job, and was particularly helpful and kind supporting our 3 and 4 year old sons to join in with the older kids. We booked the One Pin party package, and found it to be great value for money compared to other party venues in Canberra and a hit for this age group. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our host, Georgia, was wonderful. She was approachable, attentive to my daughter and her guests, and kind. The day we went there were some staffing issues and I observed Georgia pivoting between being party host and cafe attendant in a calm and efficient manner. We enjoyed our party thoroughly!

First time we went there to joined the party. My daughter doesnt know how to play bowling but she had fun. She loved it and said the best birthday party ever! We enjoyed the place and had fun playing all the arcade games. Food were also good and staff were very friendly.

Well where to start after spending two weeks in this centre for a tournament I can honestly say what a amazing clean & tidy venue run by a incredible manager Rob & some serious amazing staff members who worked tirelessly to ensure we all were well feed and caffeinated. They worked long hours to make sure our tournament was enjoyable & fun with limited breakdowns which is to be applauded because the mechanics also did an amazing job. On a personal note I would like to sincerely Thank You For everything you guys did to make this experience one not to forget & truly appreciate everything you & your team accomplished especially Rob & Yasmin, & the quite super hero Joe to say the food was amazing hot fresh & delicious is a understatement every food item was amazing from the bacon & egg rolls to the pizzas , nachos etc my Team food was outstanding fresh sandwiches , hot food so Thank You 🙏 for a outstanding experience.
