We had called other bowling centers that had hours long wait times. We were told 30 minutes wait and it ended being 20. Our lane was bugging out with the sensors l, and the alleys were packed. But their crew immediately got to work to fix it. Eric, I believe was his name, was the point of contact and he worked diligently and with a great attitude. They also took requests to switch the less than family friendly music videos, and the rest of the staff were nothing but friendly. The arcade is also expensive but any arcade is, and looking at the prizes you win some decent prizes. They included an arcade certificate with the deal we got, they added time for the inconvenience, and more than made up for the small hurdles. I really can’t think of a way this would be a better experience.

I learned to bowl at this alley with my elementary back in the early 2000’s. A few days ago was my third time back since it became kingpins and this is the only Portland area bowling alley I will return to since besides my home alley in Vancouver 😅 We came in on Wednesday night and my partner suffered a medical emergency before we even got off the wait list. The staff was so incredibly calm and attentive, one employee (I forgot all their names but both men were working the next day as well) but he had brown hair and was built like a linebacker, he was so incredibly kind. Him and the other guy working (blonde hair, tall) made an incredible team in an emergent situation. Brown hair was fanning my partner and I believe got ice, blonde hair got pertinent information. They were so incredibly attentive and their help is appreciated beyond belief. I just want to say thank you for being so attentive and supportive. Your guys support in that moment will never be forgotten. You did incredible and made all the best and most helpful choices. Both you dudes have hearts of gold and I’m so grateful for the care and aid you provided. You made the scariest moment for me so much more comfortable, and although traumatic for probably all parties present I couldn’t be happier with the establishment, those employees and I believe his name was Phil who I spoke to the next day for getting me the footage of the incident so we could pass it along to my partners doctors.

I have never been here in all of my years as a Portland native... Entering looked dated, crowded and bland. I saw some family members gave them all a hug and went and sat at a different table. Me and my group decided to get a drink from the bar. The bartender said that because we are with the other group that she couldn't serve my group because they had a cracked ID she told them that she can't serve them the drink but i guess they drank the drink in front of her anyways. The bartender is talking about something that happened before we came in the door we had nothing to do with that. My adult daughter said its my Moms birthday, the bartender didnt care. I asked if we could sit at the bar and drink in front of her she said no. I said we didnt do anything wrong I said forget it, i dont want to be here , lets go, especially when we didnt do anything wrong, she said, "thats fine". We told the other group goodbye and we went to Grand Central and I had an amazing birthday!!! Thank you Grand Central, no thank you King Pins!

Perfect rainy day activity. What to do on a Sunday when you have nothing to do! Well, bowl it is. We were told there was a 30 minute wait for a lane that we could only have for 90 minutes since a league needed a few lanes. The wait was just enough time for us to go to the other side to order a pitcher of cerveza and some grub. We had just poured a pint when the front desk called to say the lane opened up. We ended up waiting less than we initially thought. A win. The food we ordered was brought over to our table. We were starving. Let me tell you something, the food was amazing. Let me give you a rundown because we ate ate. We got the wings. That mango habanero was wow. We got dry rub for the other option. Also very good. The garlic parmesan fries was perfectly cooked. I kilt that dipping sauce. The corndog bites reminded me of my childhood. We also got a pizza. I’m not sure if it was the combination of my high from doing so well plus the two bowls I hit on the way over, but the food slapped. We ate everything. Killed all the plates. The foods slapped so hard I forgot to snap picas. The service was great. Everyone was nice. I specifically loved that their pins were free. I’m in a bowling league in LA and the pins at the spot I go to are held by strings and I firmly believe I’d have more strikes if they were free. Also, random but I loved their setup - a huge table with seats that slide back. It was great for when you got too comfortable yapping and forget it’s your turn to bowl so you spring back. There was ample space for you to turn. I dug it. We ended up playing 3 games. Now I know where to hang whenever I’m in town.

First time here, came for a birthday party. The servers were awesome. They refilled our drinks, always asking if we need anything else. The food was ok, wouldn't go there to eat.
