This place is great from the food and atmosphere. Management not only provides incredible service but there out there setting up and breaking down the patio.The food is top notch . The wait staff are on point. This is a must go place for everyone.

Kings dining and entertainment is my favorite to go to bowling alley. I come here all the time. Inside receptionists and servers are amazing and the atmosphere is always great. Prior to coming inside we approached the valet parking that is offered to customers. As I approached the valet personal he was a little more on the unprofessional side and spoke rather quick and said he works for tips only. We didn’t feel to eager upon his appearance to hand keys over to park our vehicle. Upon leaving I wanted to make a right out of the parking lot but a car was coming in and valet personal stated we can only make a left because a car wanted to come in. I stated we will wait. He rudely responded “then wait”. I hope management can look into this matter closely as it can steer away business drastically. Valet personal looks new. I give my visit two stars for this time around.

The atmosphere of the establishment was awesome! Enjoyed the music playing. We had a great time bowling. Great price. The only down side I would say is the customer service. I had called to see if they had lanes open and the women told me yes so we went down and when we got there we had a wait of 30+ minutes. It felt like she kept disappearing from the front desk when trying to get our shoes. I honestly dont know if she had a clue of what was going on. It took a long time to get a waitress to wait on us.

The management at this establishment went above and beyond tonight! I am thoroughly impressed and still a little in shock, my company rented out the space for the night and when I asked one of the attendants where the nearest gas station or smoke shop was cuz I needed to get some cigarettes the manager asked what kind I smoke and I told him and he had one of his employees go and get me a pack of cigarettes and did not charge me for them! I am still in shock as I said and I am so impressed with their service. Thank you for an incredible experience tonight! Food was amazing too as was the bowling.

This place was super fun and very nice! Lots of options of things to do. We bowled and played pool. Proces were reasonable. The food was so good! Our server was nice & attentive.
