Had my sons 10th birthday party here. They did three activities; gravity ropes, laser tag and time in the arcade. Our host Adrienne was absolutely amazing! She was very organized and great with the kids. They had a blast and enjoyed their time. It was the perfect place to celebrate our boy and make him feel so loved and special on his big day! Definitely worth the price. Hubby and I are looking forward to coming back for our date night, so we can okay some games and enjoy a few drinks! The options of what to do are endless. Any age can enjoy this place! Thanks again.
I was charged a $9.99 convenience fee for booking online. When I arrived, I was told there was no reservation in my name. Luckily, there were lanes available and the host was accommodating and honored my email that I showed her, but I was told if nothing was available, I would not have been able to play. This is especially concerning considering they pre-charged my card. I have emailed asking for a refund but nobody has replied as of this review. Separately, our server was overwhelmed when a rude family of 5 showed up in the lane over next to us and just took over our own lane and space as well and wasn't allowing her to bring food over to us. Are we supposed to kick them out? Cause I wasn't doing that. We paid for 2 hours and left after one. Very disappointing. Update - I reached out twice and now below they reply to write them again? Why do your emails and reservations get lost? They have not replied so dropping this to one star.
The pool table area was closed for a private event - ugh. We played air hockey and video games instead. $40 seemed to last a long time. We had fun. I would highly recommend.
I thought the food was good and decently priced for where it's located. I got the Caesar salad sandwich. Not bad. I wish the bread was thinner. Fries were good. Fun a d entertaining place. Spent $100 for myself and my daughter. She won the grand prize in the spin the wheel game.
We did a bit of everything tonight. From eating dinner to the rope climb, laser tag, arcade, and some bowling. We had a blast, and we managed to spend almost 7 hours here with no effort. Needless to say, the family was having a great time. The food was good. Comparable to all the entertainment places. My wife and I got wings. No complaints, the honey Sriracha was great. My son had the burger and loved it, and my daughter devoured her chicken dippers. Our waitress, Shy, was nothing short of amazing and she always made sure that we had all our drinks topped off and food was to our liking. She even helped us figure out what food/ arcade bundle to buy and helped us with setting that up. But just be careful, with the arcade it is very easy to quickly spend money. But the rest is very, very reasonably priced for sure. Food included.
