Waited for 45 minutes for two people to be seated at 3:30pm. We did not choose all you can eat, as we don’t actually like sushi and the cost and how all you can eat was explained to us…didn’t seem worth it. After explaining you are charged and penalized basically for leaving any food on the table felt a little crazy. Then after reading they cut off the all you can eat after two hours, but after watching many waiting for their food for 40 plus minutes, I can’t see how that would work out in anyone’s favor! The food came out at all different times, we didn’t get appetizers first, there was something wrong with the fountain drinks, they came out tasting really bitter and gross. The food was good and we did have a good server, but given the wait…I would probably not go back. The bathroom also was needed a lot of attention. It was not at all clean to the standard I would expect from such a restaurant. Toilet paper and paper towels shredded all over the floor. I’m gonna say 2.5 out of 5 stars.
Was referred here for fresh sushi. We were not disappointed! All you can eat for around $32.00 per person with a very extensive menu! Very busy place so service was a little slow but worth the wait. We will be back!
Went on Friday after work, got there at 5:20, and there was already a 45 minute wait. That’s how good this place is. We were seated in 40 minutes. The host explained the menu, and expressed that they really do want you to try everything you can. Super friendly staff, and service was quick. Food quality was fantastic!
Great sushi place! I highly recommend it. Expect to wait 15-30 minutes to be seated for 2-4 people, a little longer for larger groups. The service is good. Our waiter, Esteban, was busy but cecked in often to make sure we had enough and to apologize that some of the items were taking longer because the rolls took longer and were so busy. The miso soup, yellowtail and ebi nigiri, dragon, I-10, and Mexican rolls, chicken, steak, and shrimp teriyaki were what I had. All very good.
I am super excited that there is now an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) sushi spot in Tucson! You can also order à la carte, but why not try the AYCE experience? The fish is super fresh, and sashimi for an AYCE? WOW. I love the nigiri and sashimi! The owner recommended the scallop, and boy was he was right. That was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the scallop sashimi! The cuts of sashimi were big and super fresh. I am so happy with this place. The only downside I see is the rice was a bit hard for the sushi, but the rice-to-fish ratio was spot on. I also tried the hibachi and thought it was absolutely delicious. The wait for two was about an hour for dinner time and they are newly open, so the wait time makes sense. Definitely budget time for waiting! Worth it around the $31.99 price point! I am beyond excited. Can’t you tell by my review?
