Kip north Adelaide. Amazing. Again. This was the second time our brother and sister puppies. A year old now I was very nervous this time as the pups have a bit of behavior issues, but the staff were amazing and handled the 2 very energetic dogs very well. knowing that they are brother and sister they put them together to play which we love seeing. They send photo uploads which always put me at easy seeing how happy they are. Absolutely amazing place felt very comfortable leaving my puppies there once again and a bit longer this time.

We have an anxious dog, Santia, who often has a lot of trouble with environments with lots of dogs and spending long periods of time away from her family. From the updates on Santia that we received during our time away, we found that the staff at Kip really made an effort to make Santia's experience as comfortable as possible. While early in her stay Santia was described as afraid and reluctant to interact with the staff, it was evident that, from her more positive appearance in the later updates we received, the staff were considerate and determined enough to get along with her. When we came to pick Santia up, she was described to still be quite anxious and "selective" with whom among the staff she preferred, but seeing her behaviour after one month at Kip compared to the attitude she showed during her first days there, we would consider how things turned out to be much better than what we had anticipated. We apologise for any trouble Santia might have caused you due to her anxiousness, but also we couldn't be more grateful that we lent her in your care. You exceeded our expectations.

Wally booked in for 5 weeks while I was on a cruise extended to 6 weeks as I got sick and this was no problem. Received several pics every day, Wally really looked like he was having a great time. He settled back home like he had never been away. Would highly recommend KIP to any other dog owners. Peace of mind, was very sceptical at first, but the pics every day were just wonderful.

I have just had the most amazing experience at Kip in virginia. I am the owner of a very needy, very sooky 63 kilo mastiff named Knight that believes he is the size of a pomeranian. I am your typical helicopter parent and have never had more than 2 nights away from him and the thought of going on holiday for 2 weeks was stressing me out. I had contacted Kip via the online chat service to ask a few questions. The lady i spoke to was so accommodating, she spent time explaining what i could do to make his stay as easy and stress free as possible, she also let me know about the drop off and pick up service (Which was a godsend). When it came to the day of pick up they called me before they left to make sure i was ready and hand over was perfect, nice and quick so i didnt get too emotional😉. Once again the staff member that picked him up had the best energy, she reassured me that even though Knight was starting to whine and howl he would be fine and she had heard worse 😅, it was no problem for her. I chose to leave him in his own little villa. He had doggy tv, aircon and an hour of one on one time with treats daily which was so important because he isnt used to being alone. I recieved multiple photo updates daily which made it so much easier for me. They even sent some videos of his play time which was awesome. Of course my flight was delayed when i came home but they had no problems moving their schedule and bringing him back a little later than planned. Drop off was absolutely amazing, the staff member brought him right upto my door and he filled me in on all the fun they had together. I could not of enjoyed my holiday without the Amazing Team at Kip. I now have an option thats stress free and makes leaving Knight that little bit easier when i need to go away. THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!! you will definitely be seeing Knight (aka Boomba) in the future and i will recommending this facility to everyone i know 🥰🥰😍
