Absolutely wonderful!! Thank you Dru for fixing our garage door that fell off the track. It seemed hopeless but Dru worked his magic in less than an hour. Needed new wall mount motor and contacted KJ's via impressive Yelp ratings. Responded within minutes, quoted a flat rate, no nonsense reasonable price, offered same day service but opted for next day at my convenience. Technician Dru was extremely knowledgable, helpful at explaining everything and gave useful advice regarding programming and usage. Installation is very sanitary, all wires and cables routed cleanly.

Total experience was great. From the initial call for an appointment to the final summary of work performed. I received an accurate cost estimate for the service to be perform over the phone when requesting an appointment. The appointment was one day out (due to Thanksgiving) and the service person was prompt in meeting the appointment time. He promptly completed what was asked of him and he took the time to explain what he did. He even explained to me that the LED light bulbs in the overhead door opener was the wrong type. The reason why I was experiencing problems with the door opening and closing was due to the light bulbs. I needed light bulbs specifically for garage door openers. I highly recommend KJ's.
