Do not trust this franchise or this location. My car was damaged during the car wash, and the staff showed no responsibility or professionalism. When I spoke to the employee on site, he refused to listen and responded very rudely, saying, “Why are you using our service?” This was completely unacceptable. I expected better support from a franchise, so I contacted head office more than 10 times. Each time, the person answering the phone kept transferring me to someone else. There were no manners or basic customer service skills. I then emailed the area manager. He replied after 19 days, and his response was simply that “this is not the responsibility of the car wash.” Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor service, rude staff, no accountability, and no concern for customers or their vehicles. I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

So, i went here on last Wednesday(24th dec) at 7:05 . Before proceeding to the wash i told the employee(the girl) that i had the issue before because of the washer brush. She didn’t even show any sympathy towards the issue neither let me finish. But instead of listening she started arguing like” if you are having an issue here, why are you coming here to wash your car, you shouldn’t come here”. Even though she disrespected i didn’t say anything to her about her behaviour as she seemed really rude and unprofessional. I was so calm during the conversation. I went back after the wash as the part of back of my car fell off, i went back to saw that to another employee. He was nice, as he gave me the genuine answer/advice, what was the problem and what to do next time. If this is your employee’s behaviour then i only have a question if you don’t want to give an honest customer service, and only here to give rude answers, why don’t you stop working here or you should close down the location.

I am very disappointed with this car wash service. I paid for a full car wash, but my car was not properly cleaned at all. As you can see, there was still a lot of dirt, salt, and mud left on the front bumper, wheels, and around the wheel arches. This is unacceptable, especially after paying for a professional service. The car looks almost the same as before the wash. I had to take photos to show how poorly the job was done. After leaving an honest review about the poor car wash quality, the staff did not try to fix the issue or offer a rewash. Instead, they told me to cancel my membership. This is very unprofessional. A business should care about customer satisfaction, not dismiss complaints. My car was still dirty with salt and mud after the wash, and their response shows they do not value their customers. I would not recommend this place based on both the poor service and the poor customer support.

I am actually so pissed off. We come to the spooky car wash every year. Its my kids absolute favourite halloween outting now. We rushed here from dance class and sat in front of the machines for almost ten minutes. At least three employees saw and ignored us. While we sat there we could see a couple of them in masks walking around inside. We were ignored while my kids excitement grew. One finally came out and said they were closed. Maybe dont close before 9 when you actually close. My kids are so disappointed and I'll never come back after this! We had plenty of time to go through!!! There was zero excuse for that and they weren't even apologetic they just told me to leave. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! I'm PISSED!!!! I used to absolutely rave about the spooky wash and sent everyone here. That will ever happen again.

Avoid this wash!! Caused damage to my car, Three of my rims were scratched up when I contacted them they did not take responsibility just like many other reviews mention. However, I did not use any other automated wash for a long time as I normally hand wash this car wash look nice so I thought I’d give it a try. What a mistake.
