I was referred to Klos Diamond Center in Huntsville for an insurance appraisal--Read was great and did the appraisal while I waited--about 30 minutes. His price was competitive and beat everyone else. He is professional, knowledgeable, and a certified gemologist, and has many years of experience in the jewelry business.
