I am beyond happy and satisfied with the service that I received with K&M Steam Cleaning. Tyler the general manager was my first contact and he came out and gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my system and gave me a quote that was that was no where close to the lowest price i had had received. I had also received a couple of quotes that were more but the salesman did not scream confidence. Summer who took care of the billing and scheduling was easy to deal with and made the whole process easy . My highest commitment has to be with the Skyler and his assistant who did the actual work. They cleaned, sanitized, and treated all 4 of my central ac systems in a timely manner while leaving the house spotless. I have had a very bad experience with a large company with specialized trucks and was reluctant to try this again.
Tim and Jose were polite, courtesy, professional and they did the job quickly! My floors look amazing. Scheduling was quite the headache but hopefully they get that worked out.
Tim and Nate did a great job. They were on time, communicated effectively, and did an amazing job. Love that my 18 year old tile looks brand new!
I got 2 chairs “professionally deep cleaned”, which apparently means $214 and 20min of work. In which I also had an arrival schedule time of sometime between 12-4pm, however they arrived 45minutes early and I was never notified before hand along with having my roommates work meetings interrupted. One of which I spent time pre cleaning a few months ago. The other I did nothing to. The photos show the “professional” deep cleaning service rendered. (The last photo is the before picture of the chair that has the lines all over it.)
Tim and Xavier did a great job on removing our pets stains. Arrived promptly and were very professional. Would recommend.
