Frank Wood is the man and the workouts he puts you through are awesome. I have known Frank for over 20 years and these workouts are always a great challenge every week. Combining boxing technique and drills in a Rocky style workout format is a highlight of every week. Give it a try and you will be hooked!

Frank is the definition of professional; knowledgeable of his sport, general fitness tips, as well as how to be a great coach. He is kind and personable, but knows how to push you in a healthy and inspiring way. Pricing is fair, and the facility and atmosphere are fantastic. Cannot recommend Knockout enough.

If you want a great workout you should really check this place out! Frank is always fun, giving you a great workout everytime. You will get a great upper body workout and Frank will tailor the workouts for your personally. Well worth the money!
