I cannot say enough great things about Knox Jewelers. They work with such professionalism and care, offering spectacular customer service and crafting amazing rings. I would strongly recommend them. My wife and I had her engagement ring and both of our wedding bands custom-made with Knox, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We worked primarily with Ryan, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the beginning, we felt genuinely cared for and never once pressured or misled. Ryan’s expertise and commitment to bringing our vision to life were evident at every step, and it was clear that he truly had our best interests at heart. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with how the rings turned out. Each piece was crafted exactly as we hoped, and we absolutely love them. I can’t recommend Knox highly enough for engagement rings, wedding bands, or any custom jewelry—they truly are the best.

Knox Jewelers of Minneapolis just completed our third custom piece in 6yrs. Each time was a similar experience, and they exceeded our highest possible expectations on all three purchases. They patiently accommodated numerous design changes and never pressured or rushed us. They sourced our diamonds at a lower cost and higher quality that I could find by myself. Their communication is superb, their quality unmatched, and they have delivered on or slightly ahead of schedule each time. We could not be happier and will never buy another piece of jewelry from anyone else. Pictures don’t come close to how great each of these items are in person.

My fiancée and I loved working with Knox to pick out her engagement ring and are excited to talk about wedding bands with them next! Emily was so helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and I learned a lot about what goes into a good quality ring. Knox really made my vision for the ring become a reality. We are obsessed with how our custom ring turned out!!

My wife and I have a long and important history together with jewelry. Her original engagement ring was designed and presented to her mom by her dad, before he passed away when my wife was 4 years old. As a young and broke Army Lieutenant, honor was bestowed on me to present this ring to my wife on our engagement. Last year we lost this original ring to damage and the passage of time, but back in 2011 she had found an online retailer, Knox Jewelers, and she fell in love with a particular unique ring design they offered. Since that time, my wife always said that if something ever happened to her family heirloom ring, the Knox Jewelers design was her only other choice. For her "big 'O' " birthday this year, the time had come for this investment. Earlier this year I reached out to Knox Jewelers from out of state, and Emily Chelimsky provided an incredible level of customer care and support as she helped guide me through the design and purchase of my wife's forever ring. I can't say enough about Emily's professionalism, attentiveness, and detail-oriented help though the entire process. I want to specifically call out the "design journal" online resource that this jewelry establishment offers, which not only provided me a strong sense of involvement as an out-of-state customer, but also instilled even stronger confidence in the final quality of their custom work. The ring was a stunning success, and my wife is overjoyed at this precious gift. She has declared it a worthy replacement for her parents'precious treasure, and the delight in my wife's eyes when she sneaks a look at her sparkling ring in different lighting, (indoors, outside sunlight) makes my heart explode. One of her best ever birthdays in the 3+ decades we've been together. Thank you Emily and Knox Jewelers for a remarkable custom diamond ring experience, and we can't recommend your business enough.
