Kim in her team are the most talented, diligent and brilliant designers and creators! They made a complex heirloom piece in time for my wedding, comprised of multiple recycled components. I still cannot believe how it turned out. We went to multiple other jewelers, but only New Gild were willing to take on the challenge. If you don't have a specific design in mind, they will create something for you, and they're amazing at helping you bring it to life!

My partner and I couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Kim and the New Gild staff! We recently had a custom engagement ring designed and crafted by the amazing team. The ring incorporated reused metal from an antique piece of jewelry from a family member and the design recommendations from Kim even incorporated aspects that played homage to the original piece. The entire process was collaborative, exciting, and rewarding. Thanks to Kim and the whole New Gild team for your work- it made our engagement that much more special!

My now wife and I worked with Jen to create our wedding sets (two engagement rings, two bands) last year. We wanted Montana sapphire rings in a specific color that showed our distinct preferences while still clearly coordinating. Jen and the entire New Gild team were phenomenal through the entire process, from sourcing stones to design to altering the design and executing the rings. We gave an approximate budget at the beginning (knowing we might go over) and got exactly what we wanted, all in budget. When our rings were too big, she suggested adding gold balls to the inside, and they fit perfectly now. We are so happy with our rings and we love New Gild!

The energy and sparkle is palpable when you walk into New Gild on the cozy corner at 43rd and Upton in Linden Hills. New Gild has a joyful Santa's Workshop feel to it as co-owners, Jenifer and designer/master jeweler Kelsey, and several 'elves' are busily working their craft. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

I found New Gild when looking for a jeweler who could do custom engagement rings and fit the style that my fiance was looking for. When I went in and showed them some of the ideas I had for the ring, I knew they were the right choice. They listened to my ideas and helped me make the right decisions to make a beautiful engagement ring which would last forever. They weren’t pushy and didn’t tell me what couldn’t be done, but rather they helped me understand the advantages and disadvantages of each decision. In the end it was up to me to decide. Throughout the whole process they were great partners who crafted a beautiful engagement ring which my fiance loved. When it came time to do the wedding bands, it was an easy choice to return to New Gild. I can’t recommend Jenifer, Kelsey, and the whole New Gild team enough! PC: Liz Marie Photography
