The venue boasts an industrial aesthetic complemented by neon lights, making it a perfect spot for alternative gatherings and photoshoots. Visited yesterday with a group of around 20. The place was empty with one barman, who informed us that the policy was no groups and we weren’t welcome. This would have made sense if the place was full or we were a group of raucous plonkers - a real shame and waste of a walk across town!

Let me start saying I think Kongs is a great place, nice outdoor seating and good music. BUT when I asked for prices or where prices of their drinks are listed, I was told they DO NOT display their prices and you can ask how much a drink is (but they will have to run it through the till for each drink) which as far as aware is against the law - Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Price Marking (Food and Drink Services) Order 2003. The staff were friendly but no manager was available on a busy Saturday night. It was disappointing and came across as possible misleading to not be up front with prices. If Kongs can provide a good reason for this, I would really like to know.

You come here knowing it opens at 16. You arrive to see a sign that says: open at 18.00. You wait until 18.00, no one comes... 🙈🙊🙉

Honestly lovely place but the prices for games are outrageous, 3 ppl to play darts for £30. Absolutely ridiculous for a bar, a bar is meant for a good time!
