During my visit, I experienced treatment that made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and discriminated against. A member of staff asked me about my religion at the bar, an intrusive and inappropriate question in any context. After I answered honestly, her attitude noticeably changed. She became uncomfortable and hostile. Shortly afterwards, I was told I would not be served again and was asked to leave the premises. This genuinely shocked me. I had done nothing wrong. The only thing that had changed was that my religion had been revealed. I am a brown man, and based on this experience, I felt I was treated differently because of my faith and appearance. I cannot speak to anyone’s intent, but in a society where racial and religious bias is still very real, experiences like this are sadly familiar for people of colour. I would genuinely expect the management to respond to this review by addressing and clarifying what happened. An open and transparent response would show a willingness to reflect and improve. Silence, on the other hand, would be disappointing for a place that claims to be welcoming and inclusive. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision, and so the establishment can reflect on how it treats people from all backgrounds.

More than happy to get halfway through a drinks order and then start serving someone else. Incredibly rude service, and multiple people were complaining about being ignored at the bar during our wait time.

No vibe here. Been to the Cardiff Kongs before, amazing atmosphere, but Bristol? There are literally 3 arcade games and 3 pinball machines? Paid £11 for a double whisky and coke... Do not recommend.

A proper vibe for a more alternative photoshoot. Neon lights, arcade games, and that cool, industrial look – it was a blast to shoot here. Perfect for couples who want something non-traditional and a bit rowdy in the best way. We've photographed here twice and BLOODY LOVE it!
