Did this as a beginner back in 2022. Not worth the money they charge for. They push for you to pay upfront for 4-5months when theres a monthly option. Take the monthly option. Then they seemed to offer other shorter training experience for additional price. Nope. I kept going through the same routine for weeks before they taught something new. Not worth my money

I was looking for a good cardio workout that is kind to those with grey hair. I found it here. Great teachers and environment. Even the other students are helpful with learning. The instructors show you how to perform the moves then will take time to show a modified move for those of us with less movable joints. Loved it the first day I tried it, though it exhausted me.

If I could give more stars I would. It doesn’t matter your fitness level, age or gender..you need to try this. Every instructor is great and has a unique style, the schedule is made to fit just about anyones agenda, and the community of people are just as stellar. My only regret is not joining sooner. Every class take I leave excited to try what I learned and pumped from a great work out. If you’re hesitant to take a class, just do it!

Think twice before signing up for a program with these guys! My wife was taking one of their classes and then, had an injury that prevented her from continuing. She promptly told them; however, they would not stop billing her until she physically brought in a doctor’s note. They then wanted another doctor’s note a few months later or they were going to start billing her again. They then did start billing us again and harassing her on her phone regularly. We had to cancel the card, and you would think they would take a hint and just provide their people with services and move on with their business. But no, more harassing and letters saying we owed them almost two thousand dollars for classes she never attended. Eventually they hired a collection agency to pursue us. It is really hard to understand this seeming like the way to handle the situation by Brayson or whatever the owners name is. They definitely succeeded in making enemies in the community. They will certainly never get a penny from my family again. Cheers! in response to your reply: to expect someone to pay hundreds of dollars to get another doctors note a couple months after the first is ridiculous, just to cancel your class. People have lots of other things going on besides going to your gym. To ensure fairness to the other businesses that practice decent customer service, I will fight the claim. We have filed with the attorney general and BBB. And I will continue to spread the word about you.

I’ve been going here for about 2 months. There is a great sense of community. All of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this to anyone looking to learn self defense or just general fitness. Plus they have an adorable Krav kitty named Bobbie!
