Dr W was great. Front desk was very confused on paperwork. No meds paperwork was filled out, one of us got Medicare billing paperwork, one of us did not. The referral process was confusing as our plan does not require this. There was three of us that have the same insurance and all of us had different check in process

It was a good experience from my initial phone conversation with Sydney to my walk through the front door. All of the front desk staff were delightful. My appt was timely and Dr. Susan Oldenkamp was warm, professional and reassuring.

Amazing providers, always professional and knowledgeable. Just got my Botox done here for forehead lines and this is the only place that does it where it doesn’t give my heavy brows. They know how to treat without over doing it and give natural results. Also have had a little lip plump years ago at their aesthetic clinic by Pam. The providers here are very good and artistic in their craft!

Dr. W is absolutely amazing! He’s caring and highly educated. I’m glad I did my research and found him. We live over an hour away but he was well worth the drive. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles from the front desk. He listened and took the time for any questions. No rush. He took care of her that day and she walked out feeling so much better about herself. He was very sweet and professional. His assistant Rainy was also very sweet. I’m so grateful. I highly recommend this doctor!! Thank you for the excellent care!!

Dr Werschler and his staff are so so excellent at what they do! I took my husband to be treated for his first time this week with Dr Werschler. I went in for my appointment 2 days later with Julie Taylor. They are all great! We were greeted so warmly at the front desk by his staff. Our appointments were very professional but we felt welcomed and we were made to feel a part of the appointment. We were asked if there was anything else they could do for us as always. I've gone to Dr Werschler for years and now we will continue to see him and his staff. Susan and Steve Simpson
