I had an excellent experience working with Kris Lindahl Real Estate from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, organized, and far less stressful than I expected. Ryan Kelley was outstanding throughout the process—knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to explain things clearly. He made sure I felt confident at every step and truly had my best interests in mind. On the back end, Christy was amazing as well. She stayed on top of all the paperwork, deadlines, and communication, which made everything flow seamlessly. It was clear she worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track. Together, Ryan Kelley and Christy made a great team, and I’m very grateful for their professionalism, attention to detail, and support. I would absolutely recommend Kris Lindahl Real Estate to anyone buying or selling a home!

I had a great experience with Kris Lindahl Real Estate while buying my home. The process was well organized from start to finish. Ryan was extremely helpful and did a great job answering all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole experience much less stressful. Dani was also wonderful to work with and helped ensure the process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend their team to anyone looking to buy a home.

I’ve been working with Kris Lindahl and his team - Brett and Zach are absolutely amazing. They’re so comforting. It was hard to move after 35 years but it’s time to downsize and they took very good care of me. I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I didn’t use them, then I came back to them because the deal was fair very fair! He’s gonna fix up my house and hopefully get a nice family in there for the nice neighborhood. I really want to praise all of Kris Lindahl’s team and I just met Kris - what a nice guy! Brett and Zach you guys are the best and Megan for closing took like 10 minutes. She was so good all the paperwork was ready. I just had to do a few John Hancock’s and we’re done so I would highly highly recommend using Kris Lindahl. He’s honest and that’s all you care about is being honest and fair. So go Kris!

Working with Kris Lindahl’s team was very easy and smooth! We put our unique house on the market as winter was approaching and Ann Drewiske and Dani Pounds sold our house in a month! Ann was always willing and available to answer questions and give advice. She helped us find an amazing new home too! All requirements to sell and buy a home were nicely arranged or laid out for us. Very smooth process!

Ann Drewiske is simply one of the nicest and sweetest people you will ever meet! She treats you like you're family, does all the aspects of her job extremely well, and made the entire process of buying a home for the first time very straightforward. Ann understood our wants/frequency and sent great homes our way, she executed quickly on actions when needed, talked us through the steps and lengthy paperwork, coached us on making wise offers and amendment requests, networked contractors for estimates, deterred us from houses that would have been bad news, and fought like a bear for us when selling parties were acting in poor form! We landed an ideal home because of her. Going in with zero regrets on a huge decision is such a mental relief. Dani Pounds on the back end of things doing excellent work on all the transaction coordination was just icing on the cake. What a pair they make! We will be recommending Ann and Dani to anyone we know looking for teammates in the home search. Thank you both so much!
