My criteria were very specific and more than a bit unconventional and Mary put in a lot of effort to find what I wanted and keep this long-time renter informed and comfortable with the (for me) confusing and intimidating process. Definitely a good choice!

Mary has been a fantastic realtor. We relocated from out of state so needed someone who had experience working with long distance folks. She went above and beyond: sending us high quality house tour videos since we couldn't see them ourselves. She was VERY candid about the pros and, more importantly, the cons of each house. She has been easy to get in touch with, flexible, and a genuine, nice individual to work with. We are quite happy with the house we went with and the closing process was a breeze with her. Bonus: her YouTube videos are a fun way to learn about the different neighborhoods and activities in the Twin Cities.

I'm so glad I found Mary to help us with buying a house! I pretty much watched all of her YouTube videos while waiting for the right time to move, and from the start, Mary was always available, even before we sold our house! Since we are new to Minnesota our initial search spanned the entire metro area while we figured out where we wanted to live. We had specific criteria that we were looking for and Mary put in extra work to help us find something that fit within our budget, which at times seemed impossible! If I thought a house was priced too high, she would research it for me and I know that takes time to do, so I really appreciated that. It took us forever to finally make a decision and she was patient and helpful through it all and always had time for us! She was also great at explaining things that were new to us like sealed attics, sump pumps, invasive plants, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you Mary!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had with Mary. Her availability and responsiveness were outstanding—she immediately addressed our questions and provided valuable insight into homes, neighborhoods, and life in Minnesota, making our out-of-state move much smoother. Looking for homes with Mary was genuinely enjoyable, and we were kind of sad our search didn't last longer!

We just relocated our family of 4 from Louisiana to the twin cities area. Mary provided knowledge and insights into the very active real estate market in the region, and she was very responsive to our inquiries and messages. She helped us secure our home for many years to come!

I found Mary on YouTube and really enjoyed her videos. I contacted her directly and found she was even better in person! I toured homes with her both in the Twin Cities metro and via internet. Her video walkthroughs are thorough and detailed. I chose my new home, which I am absolutely _thrilled_ with, through video. This was my first home purchase and Mary shepherded me through it every step of the way. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
