Mary has been a fantastic realtor. We relocated from out of state so needed someone who had experience working with long distance folks. She went above and beyond: sending us high quality house tour videos since we couldn't see them ourselves. She was VERY candid about the pros and, more importantly, the cons of each house. She has been easy to get in touch with, flexible, and a genuine, nice individual to work with. We are quite happy with the house we went with and the closing process was a breeze with her. Bonus: her YouTube videos are a fun way to learn about the different neighborhoods and activities in the Twin Cities.

I'm so glad I found Mary to help us with buying a house! I pretty much watched all of her YouTube videos while waiting for the right time to move, and from the start, Mary was always available, even before we sold our house! Since we are new to Minnesota our initial search spanned the entire metro area while we figured out where we wanted to live. We had specific criteria that we were looking for and Mary put in extra work to help us find something that fit within our budget, which at times seemed impossible! If I thought a house was priced too high, she would research it for me and I know that takes time to do, so I really appreciated that. It took us forever to finally make a decision and she was patient and helpful through it all and always had time for us! She was also great at explaining things that were new to us like sealed attics, sump pumps, invasive plants, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you Mary!
