We came in to order two arrangements, the one pictured, and a larger one to match. They came out beautiful. The gentleman that helped us was beyond sweet, kind and professional. Our event was to celebrate our Annual Commemoration of Christ’s death and the arrangements added such and elegance and honor to the event. Thank you!

Disappointing Experience with Wilted Flowers I recently received flowers from Kristelle’s courtesy of my thoughtful husband. While the gesture warmed my heart, the execution fell short of expectations. The flowers arrived broken and wilted, dampening what should have been a delightful surprise. Upon moving the flowers, I was met with disappointment as the petals drooped, and some flower stems were clearly damaged. The arrangement, which should have been a vibrant display of color and fragrance, looked tired and lackluster. Considering the anticipation and the sentiment behind the gesture, the state of the flowers was disheartening. It's evident that more care and attention to packaging and handling are needed to ensure the freshness and integrity of the floral arrangements during delivery. While I appreciate the intention behind the gift, the experience left me underwhelmed and unable to fully enjoy the beauty of the flowers. I hope Kristelle’s takes this feedback constructively to improve their delivery processes and ensure that future recipients receive their blooms in the pristine condition they deserve.

BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements for a very affordable price. If you need flowers or other gifts, Kristelle's is THE BEST! They were quick, too. They delivered an incredible arrangement with just a couple of days' notice. We will definitely be coming back next time!

The view of the flowers were very beautiful and had nice details for the offerings of a wedding ceremony. I like that they work with you if you have a budget. The sizes of the flowers were also nice, making you feel that your money was well spent.
